Ian is my knight in shining armour as far as my very old computer is concerned! I first asked for help when my poor old machine was so slow and clogged up with photos and teenage down loads. He cleaned it up fitted extra memory and reassured me that I really didn’t need a new machine. He has sorted out problems remotely and a text or phone call always results in a quick answer to my problems.
